The 57cm Charcoal Pro features,
. Screwed-on legs to ensure they do not fall off when the BBQ is moved and to make the BBQ more stable.
. A stainless steel non- rust ash bowl to collect the ash and not to allow it to blow all over the outdoor area.
. Curved steel edges on all of the dome and bowl parts to stop ii being damaged, and to prevent rust forming on all the
sharp edges.
. A patented and adjustable central air intake vent that works to control the amount of air let in, and which can shut off the
air flow to cut down the use of charcoal.
. A central air outlet for a balanced central air outflow and inflow which ensures indirect cooking is optimal and symmetric.
. Thermometer and a utensil hook
. Stay-cool handle on the dome means handles stay cool enough for the human touch
. Dome clips conveniently on the back of the bowl and legs to give proper
wind protection

Also included is a thick steel charcoal fire grid which will not burn through and need replacing as quickly as other popular makes. For easy cleaning the cooking grid is covered in a low-stick matt vitreous enamel coating.
