CHINESE STAINLESS STEEL CLEAVER
Designed in the same style as that of the knife set but with a larger, rectangular very sharp blade, used for slicing and preparing a wide variety of meats, fish or vegetables.
The blade, approximately 15cm long, is heavy, with a thick spine, enabling the knife to chop through bone and joints with ease.
